These terms and conditions govern your use of the Anglerfish Digital website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services you agree to these terms.

Services

Anglerfish Digital provides landing page design, copywriting, and optimization services for home service businesses. Specific services, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in the individual service agreement or proposal provided to each client.

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins on any project

  • The remaining 50% is due upon project completion before final files or access are delivered

  • Retainer fees are due on the first of each month

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe or Wave

  • Late payments may result in paused work until the outstanding balance is settled

  • All fees are non refundable unless otherwise stated in your service agreement

Refund Policy

Deposits are non refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work begins the deposit may be refunded at the discretion of Anglerfish Digital. Completed work is non refundable.

Revisions

Revision allowances are outlined in your specific service package. Revisions beyond the included amount will be billed at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Revisions do not include new design directions or significant changes to agreed upon scope.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and branding assets in a timely manner

  • Completing the onboarding questionnaire within 5 business days of deposit

  • Providing timely feedback during the revision process

  • Maintaining active logins and access to relevant platforms

Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of final payment all design and copy assets created by Anglerfish Digital for the client become the property of the client. Anglerfish Digital retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Confidentiality

Anglerfish Digital agrees to keep all client business information confidential and will not share it with third parties without written consent except where required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Anglerfish Digital is not liable for:

  • Results or outcomes from landing pages or ad campaigns

  • Third party platform changes that affect page performance

  • Losses resulting from client provided information that is inaccurate or incomplete

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability in any matter related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the most recent 30 day period.

Termination

Either party may terminate a retainer agreement with 30 days written notice. One time project agreements may not be terminated once work has begun without forfeiture of the deposit. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
